Make THE BEST HOMEMADE SALSA🌶💃🏻

One of the things I miss most about “normal life” is going to Mexican restaurants on a regular basis and eating my weight in chips and salsa😅 (alongside a marg of course🍹) so Neil and I decided to take it upon ourselves to create a salsa better than we could get anywhere else and I’d say we nailed it🙌🏻

This salsa is SO fresh, flavorful, you can make it as chunky as you like, and of course has a little spice🌶

HOMEMADE SALSA:
•4 vine ripened tomatoes
•1 red onion
•1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
•3 cloves of garlic
•1 jalapeño pepper
•1 serrano pepper
•3 tbsp fresh lime juice
•1/3 cup fresh cilantro
•1/2 tsp cumin
•1/2 tsp chili powder
•salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO:
1. Quarter and de-seed your tomatoes and your peppers, peel and quarter your onion, and then combine all ingredients in your food processor.
2. Pulse until you get to the “chunkiness” that you want
3. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips
